Key Accountabilities
- Operation of Cutting Creasing Machine
- Machine 5S and hygiene activities as per WCM
- Efficiency improvement using Fi pillar and SMED
- Quality improvement under QM pillar WCM
- Waste reduction under Fi pillar
- Timely preventive of Cutting Creasing Machine and Autonomous Maintenance of machine as per WCM
- Cost and Consumption reduction of production supplies as per WCM Cost Pillar
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Matric/DAE/Inter
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Focus on quality and precision
- Proactive in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Disciplined and accountable in following WCM standards and safety protocols
