DECORATOR OPERATOR
With 5+ years of experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of high-speed printing equipment, the candidate must have a Diploma in Printing Technology. Additional requirements include shift work flexibility, computer literacy, good color vision, and knowledge of health and safety practices.
This position optimizes OEE of printers in the can-making line, managing operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. They lead shift resources, coordinate with teams, and drive continuous improvement to achieve KPIs and efficient size changeovers.
