In the first phase of fiscal year 2025-26, the scheme aims to provide 40,000 electric motorcycles and 1,000 electric rickshaws at subsidized rates. The program offers subsidies up to Rs. 80,000 for electric bikes and Rs. 400,000 for electric three-wheelers, along with soft loans on easy installments. This initiative will not only help reduce fuel import costs by Rs. 290 billion but also improve environmental sustainability. Applications can be submitted online from 1st September to 30th September 2025, while successful applicants will be selected through a computerized balloting on 1st October 2025

Terms & Conditions
- Applications submitted after 30th September 2025 will not be considered.
- Subsidy is limited and will be awarded strictly via computerized balloting.
- Special quota is reserved for women, delivery workers, and fleet operators.
- Selected applicants will be eligible for loan financing (2–3 years) through designated banks.
