1. Manager (Technical)

Qualification & Experience:

  • B.E. (Electrical) from an HEC-recognized university and registered with PEC or any recognized local/international professional/statutory body.
  • Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a managerial capacity related to operations and maintenance of HVAC, lifts, generators, MEP works, estate management, and other building systems — especially in high-rise buildings.

Maximum Age Limit: Up to 50 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical operations and ensure smooth functioning of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Oversee maintenance and safety compliance in corporate and residential facilities.
  • Supervise staff and vendors involved in building system management.
  • Support infrastructure planning and improvement initiatives.

Salary Package: Market-based remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.

2. Assistant Manager (Internal Audit)

Qualification & Experience:

  • CA (Finalist) with 3 years of articleship from a reputable audit firm and at least 2 years of experience in an Internal Audit Department, OR
  • ACMA/ACCA with 6 years of experience in the Internal Audit Department of a listed company.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification.

Maximum Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Assess internal controls and suggest process improvements.
  • Support risk management, governance, and financial oversight functions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
