Customer Service Executive

Education: Bachelors Experience: 1 year

Skills

  • Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls and customer retention.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have a no-compromise attitude.
  • Must be able to adapt to a changing environment
  • Attentive listener, understanding, and empathetic
  • Technology & financial sector background is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
  • Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines.  
  • Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests.  
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls.
