WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient and professional guest service.
- Oversee VIP arrival preparations, room allocations, and amenities.
- Coordinate group check-ins and follow up on housekeeping discrepancies.
- Handle billing instructions, credit issues, and review over credit limit reports.
- Maintain front office cleanliness, grooming standards, and supply levels.
QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
EXPERIENCE 3+ years of relevant work experience. Candidates from hospitality background will be preferred.
