Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to achieve targeted Secondary volume, numeric, weighted distribution and market share.
- Responsible for managing and developing his team.

- BBA / MBA with specialization in Marketing

- To act as an embedded HR function, ensuring HR service delivery and implementation of HR policies and procedures with relevant HR tools.
- Manage and maintain Divisional organogram whilst ensuring mapped org. charts are continuously updated with 100% accuracy and associated changes are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner and reflect correctly in HRMS records.
- Manage payroll processing using SAP, Timetrax and MS Office tools, while efficiently handling final settlements and ensuring seamless communication via Outlook.
- Monitoring HC In Peak and Lean season as per Business plans.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/MBA – Preferably in HR
- 04-05 Years Experience in FMCG
