• Qualification: At least 2nd Class LLB from recognized university with minimum 5 years’ experience as practicing lawyer in High Court or Labour Court.

How to Apply

1. Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
2. Create a profile on the ETEA website, print E-Sahulat token, and get CNIC verified via NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.
3. Submit online application and take print of generated deposit slip.
4. Deposit test fee (non-refundable) via Easypaisa, UBL OMNI, or UBL branches.
5. Keep original deposit slip (candidate copy) safe.
6. Do not send documents to ETEA at this stage—only shortlisted candidates will provide them later.
7. Online application form will be available from 1st September 2025.
8. Last date to apply is 20th September 2025.
9. Roll No. Slips will be issued via SMS and available on ETEA website.
10. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip (no postal letters).

Terms & Conditions

1. Provisional allowance to appear in ETEA screening test; final scrutiny by Appointing Authority.
2. CNIC verification through NADRA E-Sahulat is mandatory.
3. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
4. Screening test will be conducted by ETEA.
5. Candidates must be eligible before the last date.
6. Incomplete, fake, or late applications will be rejected.
7. Age relaxation admissible as per Govt. rules.
8. Govt./Semi-Govt employees must apply through proper channel.
9. Separate applications & fee required for each post.
10. Authority may increase/decrease number of posts with valid reason.
11. No TA/DA for test/interview.
12. HEC equivalence required for foreign degrees.
13. Shortlisting criteria:

• Prescribed qualification: 60 marks
• Higher qualification: 10 marks
• Experience: 10 marks
• Interview: 20 marks
  Total: 100 marks
  (Minimum 60% for BPS-17, and 50% for BPS-16 & below in ETEA test).
