Looking For Deputy Manager Supply Chain
Education: Master’s Degree in SCM
Experience: 05 to 8 Years, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers, analyzing quotes, negotiate contracts and placing orders.
- Analyze, monitor inventory levels and help maintain optimal stock levels to meet OTIF.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through weekly, monthly cycle counts and internal stock audits.
- Ensure 100% alignment between ERP system records and physical stock
Analyze inventory data to identify Ageing, Dead Stock and recommend adjustments to optimize stock levels. - Ensure compliance with inventory-related regulations and internal policies, including proper documentation for receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics like stock accuracy, shrinkage rates, and reorder needs.
- Perform data analysis to support supply chain decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, purchase orders, and inventory movements.
- Support the development of supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
- Ensure weekly/daily production planning.
- Compliance of all policies, procedures and certifications. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Advance knowledge of ERP (MM/WMS) systems.
- Understanding of logistics and transportation management.
