MANAGER WAREHOUSE & STORES
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient management of Warehouse & Stores operations, including inventory control, FIFO compliance, and regular cycle counts.
- Oversee material issuance to production, dispatch coordination, and documentation through automated systems. Monitor WIP, resolve bottlenecks, and realign schedules to avoid line losses.
- Implement and improve warehouse policies, systems, and procedures in line with organizational goals.
- Lead and develop staff by promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Maintain ERP/MRP systems and track KPIs (schedule adherence, delivery, inventory).
- Ensure effective labor management, including scheduling and manpower planning to maximize productivity and profitability.
Qualification & Skills:
- BBA / MBA SCM
- Work independently but also a good team player.
- Action oriented, strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Good command over MS Office.
Experience:
- 10-12 years in Stores, preferably from automotive industry.
