Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies), a leading car interior and automotive component manufacturer of Pakistan, is seeking resumes for the positions of Deputy Manager – Advance Weld Shop and Deputy Manager – Seat Weld Shop at its Port Qasim, Karachi location.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Oversee weld line operations in Advance Weld Shop and Seat Weld Shop, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for smooth department operations.
- Monitor machine utilization, manpower performance, and workflow efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize costs.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to resolve production issues promptly.
- Conduct root cause analysis of weld line issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and monitor production reports, SOP compliance, and KPI dashboards.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Train and mentor team members to build a high-performing weld line workforce.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
DAE / B.E (Mechanical or Industrial)
Strong technical knowledge of welding operations, assembly, and shop floor processes
Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and production documentation/reporting.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
5–7 years of relevant experience in weld line operations, preferably in a manufacturing/automotive industry.
