Vacant Positions

1. Chief Security Officer

• Must be a retired Subedar Major, Inspector Rangers, or Inspector Police, or equivalent.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of security management experience required.
• Must have the ability to handle security lapses/crises.
• Preferred: Experience in managing security for a housing society.

2. Sub-Engineer

• Education: DAE or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in development and maintenance roles.
• Skills required: Management of development/maintenance work and construction activities within the society.

3. Store Keeper / Purchase Clerk

• Minimum education: Matric or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in inventory management or similar roles.

4. Dispatch Rider

• Minimum qualification: Primary School Certificate.
• Must have 2 years of experience in dispatch/Daak disbursement to departments.
