WE ARE Recruiting Job Title Assistant Brand Manager Location: Head Office Lahore

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan and run multi-channel digital campaigns to boost user acquisition and engagement.
  • Create SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage digital brand assets to ensure consistent messaging and user experience.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, content preferences, and growth opportunities.
  • Define and track KPIs and ROI, and present performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and academic teams for feature launches and resource development.
  • Oversee customer service channels and address user feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Lead video/webinar projects and manage newsletters and product update content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape strategy and positioning.
  • Support scalable processes for quality control, user satisfaction, and cross-functional alignment.

Qualification and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, or EdTech (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-4 years of experience in EdTech, SaaS, or digital marketing.
  • Strong grasp of analytics, CRM, and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Understanding of EdTech trends and learner needs.
  • Empathy, creativity, and a growth mindset.
