Job Title: Executive Coordinator
📍 Location: Head Office Lahore
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedule and attend meetings, take notes, and record minutes.
- Receive incoming communication or memos, review contents, determine importance, summarize, and distribute to appropriate staff.
- Maintain records, order supplies, and perform basic bookkeeping.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
✔ Master’s Degree.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
✔ Proficient in MS Office.
✔ Ability to communicate and follow up within deadlines.
✔ Maintain a pleasant demeanor during all interactions.
