Job Title: Executive Coordinator

📍 Location: Head Office Lahore

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, take notes, and record minutes.
  • Receive incoming communication or memos, review contents, determine importance, summarize, and distribute to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain records, order supplies, and perform basic bookkeeping.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

✔ Master’s Degree.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
✔ Proficient in MS Office.
✔ Ability to communicate and follow up within deadlines.
✔ Maintain a pleasant demeanor during all interactions.
