Vacant Positions and Eligibility Criteria

1. Chief Operating Officer

  • Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 20 years’ overall experience including 10 years in a senior management role.

2. Manager – Business Development & Research

  • Qualification: Master’s in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Preference: Candidates with experience in international organizations.

3. HR Specialist

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–4 years relevant HR experience including talent acquisition, employer branding, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

4. Assistant Manager – Program Operations
