Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is looking for Manager – Admin.
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily administrative operations including office maintenance, facilities management, office supplies, front desk, pantry, security, and utilities.
- Manage contracts and vendor relationships (security, janitorial, maintenance, travel agents, caterers), including negotiation and monitoring service quality.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations across departments.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services; ensure compliance with procurement policies and budget controls.
- Maintain accurate records of office assets, conduct periodic audits, and oversee asset tagging, issuance, and disposal.
- Manage travel arrangements, bookings, visa processing, and travel expense reconciliation for employees.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements; coordinate safety drills and inspections.
- Support logistics for corporate events, trainings, and meetings.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in administrative management, facilities operations, procurement, and vendor management.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
