To oversee the daily operations of a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. The role includes staff supervision, budgeting, compliance with healthcare regulations, compliance to healthcare quality standards (JCI / Accreditation Canada) and fostering a positive work environment.
Job Requirements: Post RN B.Sc. (Nursing) or Generic BSN with 10 to 12 years of Experience with Leading Healthcare organizations.
