Key Responsibilities:
- Improve fulfillment rate, optimize processing time, and ensure timely shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure correct order shipments.
- Monitor and reduce cost per order through efficiency improvements.
- Enhance CSAT scores and ensure quick customer support response times.
- Optimize warehouse utilization, improve order cycle time, and analyze return rates for quality improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Fulfillment Operations leadership, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in ERP and order management software.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
