Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and update weekly and monthly production plans in alignment with forecasts.
· Analyze planning data and generate weekly/monthly reports and performance reports for review.
· Coordinate closely with the procurement, warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
· Monitor inventory levels, delivery schedules, and resource allocation to prevent delays or stakeouts.
· Identify and assess supply chain risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies where necessary.
· Support and contribute to process optimization, including workflow improvements and automation initiatives.
· Ensure accurate and timely updates of planning data in system.
Requirements:
· MBA / BBA – Supply Chain from a reputable university.
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
· Strong command of Microsoft Excel and planning tools.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
