WE ARE Recruiting HR MANAGER (HEAD OFFICE)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Male HR Manager for our Head Office in Karachi. Candidates must have a background in the textile or fashion industry and be proficient in using FLOW HCM Software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support management in organizational planning and workforce structuring. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in an admin role within the textile or fashion sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
