ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES & DISTRIBUTION – ADHESIVE DIVISION

Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper inventory management at distribution points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters in Sales & Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, preferably in FMCG, retail, or related industries.
