We are seeking a results-driven and quality-focused professional to join our Yarn Dyeing team. The ideal candidate will oversee critical operations across soft winding, hard winding, and sewing thread processes, while ensuring efficient workflow, production targets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee process control for soft winding, hard winding, and sewing thread sections.
Coordinate closely with the PPC (Production Planning & Control) department for smooth operations.
Set production priorities based on operational urgencies and delivery timelines.
Conduct quality checks on various yarn shades during the winding process.
Strive to improve daily production output by at least 10% through process optimization.
Manage shift schedules and ensure workforce alignment with production goals.
Promote and maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.
Requirement:
- Experience: 8-10 years in relevant departments.
- Qualifications: Minimum Matric
