Sapphire Diamond Fabrics Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager – CapEx to oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital expenditure projects. The role involves managing the CapEx budget, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining vendor relationships, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensuring Timely Processing of Transactions: Making sure that vendor invoices are processed and paid on time to maintain good relationships with vendors.
· Maintaining Accurate Records: Keeping detailed and accurate financial records and control reports to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
· Supervising Staff: Recruiting, training, and managing the team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of transactions.
· Improving Processes: Identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvements within the CapEx process.
· Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring that all Capex activities comply with company policies and financial regulations, and providing necessary reports to management.
· Third-Party Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to invoices.
· Data Analytics: Prepare and analyze reports, cash flow projections related to Capex, and budget monitoring.
· Accounting Cycles: Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts.
· Audits: Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: CA Finalist, ACCA, Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance.
Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the Accounts/Finance department of a textile company.
