2)- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for machinery; prepare reports on maintenance activities.
3)- Troubleshoot major machine issues and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team.
4)- Create staff work schedules and support team members in completing tasks efficiently.
5)- Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials.
6)- Prepare technical reports and relevant data for management as required.
7)- Identify machine problems and support repair efforts to minimize downtime.
