POSITION: ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR
QUALIFICATION: MBA HR / MHRM / equivalent qualification
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
LOCATION: Lahore
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintain monthly attendance record & Leave record of employees.
- Supervise recruitment process, organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
- Maintain the HR records and process of Medical & Health Insurance claims.
- Handling HRIS
- Assistance in Audit process
