Job Description:
- Assist the R&D Manager in planning and executing research projects, design experiments, analyze data, refine prototypes, and help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to guide innovation; collect, interpret, and report research data to support decision-making.
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing teams for smooth product development and launch, while staying updated on scientific and technological advancements to drive innovation.
