WE’RE Recruiting Logistics Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the logistics team and strategise daily cargo operations (road, air, train).
- Ensure effective outbound logistics and transportation coordination from multiple facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while resolving delays and equipment related issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse, production and 3PL teams to ensure efficient cargo movement.
- Monitor KPIs, leverage ERP systems and drive process improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in logistics with at least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and business KPIs.
