WE’RE Recruiting! QC Engineer (Electrical)
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation of electrical systems like MCBs, ACBs, switchgears, transformers, power cabling, control cabling, panels, DBs, motors and VFDs.
- Perform system checks and functional tests on electrical systems to verify proper operation and identify any issues.
- Ensure safe working practices and compliance with safety regulations during installation and commissioning processes.
- Develop, implement, and enforce QA/QC procedures for electrical engineering projects.
- Ensure all electrical systems and designs meet industry standards such as IEC, ANSI, ISO, and local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and other documentation related to QA/QC processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, including NFPA 70E, OSHA, and IEC 61508
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus
