KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and monitor employee attendance and leave records Handle payroll processing with accuracy and efficiency Execute full and final settlements in accordance with company policies
REQUIREMENTS Qualification: BBA/MBA or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operation
