🔍 Terminal Engineer 📍 Shikarpur
EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years
QUALIFICATION: BE Mechanical
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and execute preventive & corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and pipelines.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to ensure the smooth operation of terminal equipment.
- Plan and implement shutdown activities, ensuring maintenance is completed within the given timeline.
- Conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns and develop corrective actions to improve system reliability.
- Plan and execute budgetary jobs, including design approvals and cost estimation.
- Manage asset inspections and quality assurance for incoming materials and equipment.
- Supervise the implementation of the work permit system, ensuring safe work practices, minimizing risks.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, QMS audit reports, and compliance records.
- To maintain OPEX within budgets and manage CAPEX and REVEX as per requirements.
- Manage ERP based PR and PO’s according to Project codes and Fixed Asset management for systematic history of expenses.
