Terminal Manager Shikarpur
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily terminal operations, including product receipt (PAPCO/WOP), storage, dispatch, and customer order execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, ERP, HSSE standards, Petroleum Act & Rules, Labour Laws, and HDIP requirements.
- Control product quality, monitor gains/losses, and oversee maintenance, housekeeping, fleet, and equipment.
- Implement HSSE policies with regular inspections, fire drills, and emergency response exercises; safeguard assets and personnel.
- Monitor Capex & Opex budgets, track KPIs, and implement efficiency and service improvement initiatives.
- Lead, train, and supervise terminal staff; manage schedules, discipline, and performance.
- Build strong coordination with OMCs, regulators, contractors, and local stakeholders; support in securing licenses, NOCs, and approvals.

EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee safe receipt (pipeline & T/L) and delivery operations.
- Manage pig launching, sampling, control room & gantry operations.
- Ensure product quality, stock reconciliation, and loss/gain management.
- Supervise operational activities including loading, unloading, and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate documentation, invoicing, reporting, and customs compliance.
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards, conduct drills, and maintain housekeeping.
- Coordinate with HO, logistics, dealers, and regulatory bodies for smooth operations.
- Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, weighbridge, and gate control.
- Manage IT systems, invoicing software, office equipment, and security systems.
- Lead and supervise junior staff, ensuring effective communication and execution of company goals.
