Are you a seasoned professional in contract management with a passion for construction law, cost control, and project risk mitigation? Join The Baron Pakistan, a leader in hospitality and hotel construction, and play a key role in managing high-value projects across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and allocate work packages to contractors and subcontractors.
· Draft, review, and administer FIDIC-based contracts and tender documents.
· Oversee budget tracking, cost variations, and contractual compliance.
· Support negotiation and dispute resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
· Analyze costs and recommend value engineering solutions.
· Ensure protection of project deliverables against claims.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration (hospitality sector preferred).
· In-depth understanding of FIDIC contracts, construction law, and claims handling.
· Proven ability in cost analysis, stakeholder management, and negotiation.
