Responsibilities
- Manage academic operations, Principal development, SSR, fee collection, and fleet management improvements.
- Foster relationships with community, donors, and parents, ensuring collaboration and attending key meetings.
- Oversee recruitment and growth of Principals and teachers, providing feedback through observations and evaluations.
- Develop and implement improvement plans for struggling schools, ensuring regular follow-ups and measurable outcomes.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a principal Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Education from a reputed institution
