TheCitySchool is looking to fill the position of Senior Master/Mistress IGCSE/ O `Levels) at the Rawalpindi Campus.

Responsibilities:
- Teach at least 8 periods per week to stay actively involved in academics.
- Assist the Head in preparing timetables, coordinating course coverage, and monitoring syllabus break up.
- Allocation of duties to teachers and domestic staff and monitoring their performance.
- Conduct teacher evaluation through class observations, copy checking, and providing guidance.
- Carry out regular assessment of students’ performance and analysis of data.
