Location: Head Office – Karachi
Job Scope
- Process and verify monthly expenses for all assigned field staff
- Monitor and report weekly performance of assigned marketing division
- Support and coordinate for daily operations and address queries and challenges
- Collect and consolidate data for weekly and monthly reports
- Collect and submit verified documents of employees (onboarding/offboarding)
- Dispatch and track courier for letters, insurance cards, claims etc.
Job Specifications
- Minimum Graduate
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good Communication, Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
