Job Requirements : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field Proven experience in customer service , account management , or collections Experience in conducting post – sales follow – ups for due installments and collections Skilled in maintaining precise records of customer communications , payment transactions , and account status updates Demonstrated ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues concerning installment payments and collections Proficiency in using CRM software and collaborating with sales and finance teams to ensure seamless communication
