Position : CONTACT CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a contact centre or similar customer service role
- Fluent in both English and Urdu, with strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Experience handling customer inquiries professionally and accurately documenting interaction
- Proficient in basic computer applications; familiar with CRM systems is a plus
- Familiar with additional regional languages (e.g., Sindhi, Pashto, Punjab) is an advantage
