Job Advertisement: Deputy Manager HR – Port Qasim Factory
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager HR to join our team at the Port Qasim Factory. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
Key Requirements:
=> Education: MBA (HR) from a reputable university
=> Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing (preferably in chemical, oil & gas, or textile industries)
Skills & Expertise:
=> Strong leadership with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide guidance to senior management
=> Expertise in Industrial Relations, including labor laws, compliance, and conflict resolution
=> Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a must
=> A dominating personality, capable of leading teams and handling workforce challenges effectively
