Experience: Minimum One Year of Huawei Experience Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Telecom/ Electrical/Computer Science) Location: Islamabad
Professional Competency:
- Good knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G technologies
- Collect data and prepare report as per provided guidance
- Using performance data collection tool for data collection
- Identifying coverage and quality related issue in DT
- Good knowledge of DT and OSS KPIs
- Monitor OSS KPIs and output reports as required

We’re Recruiting! RF Junior Optimization Engineer (Level 1)
Experience: 3 Years of Huawei Experience Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Telecom/ Electrical/Computer Science) Location: Islamabad
Experience: (Huawei Preferred)
- Minimum three years of experience in SSV and Cluster reporting and DT Analysis and optimization
- Minimum one year of experience in RF Optimization (DT+OSS)
Professional Competency:
- Good knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G technologies
- Independently prepare drive test analysis report and performance monitoring report
- Using performance data collection tool for data collection
- Identifying coverage and quality related issue in DT and recommend solutions independently
- Customer complaints Handling and resolution
- Basic understanding of Network planning parameters
- Monitor OSS KPIs and output reports as required
- Have command on cell planning principles (Frequencies, PSCs and PCIs) for small- and medium-sized networks
