Position: Manager Procurement
JOB PURPOSE Looking for “Manager Procurement” for our company located in Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi.
QUALIFICATION MBA Supply Chain or equivalent qualification
EXPERIENCE 10 years’ experience of Flexible Industry
SKILLS Expert in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge.
JOB LOCATION Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Negotiation with Vendors Local & Import for Film, INK, Adhesive, Solvent, Resins, Spare Parts, Scrape contractors & Transporters.
- Ensure timely ordering, scheduling and strong Follow-up.
- Ensure timely availability of material to avoid Production Shutdown.
- Part of team to implement SAP.
- Monitor LC process execution timely to get shipments on time.
- Conduct Supplier Audits and part of Quality certifications required.
- Follow-up with Finance and vendors for payment update.
- Strong reporting skills on daily, weekly, monthly basis, monthly presentation.
- Develop and implement Purchase policy and procedures.
