Are you a finance enthusiast with expertise in EFS and a passion for streamlining customs and export operations? We’re seeking a dedicated Executive Finance (EFS) to join our team and ensure seamless financial compliance and efficiency!
🔍 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
🔹Proficiency in WeBOC and PSW systems.
🔹Expertise in EFS to EFS transfer, Indirect Export, and Custom SROs.
🔹Hands-on experience in preparing and analyzing Reconciliation Statements.
🔹Verification of PCT Codes in line with Import Duty and EFS management.
🔹Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
🔹Strong understanding of Item Inclusion, Value Enhancement, and Custom Audits.
🛠 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
🔹Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
🔹Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
🔹Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Inventory Management Software.
🔹Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational excellence.
