🔹Operate state-of-the-art Rotogravure Printing Machines with unmatched precision.
🔹Lead machine operations, ensuring flawless quality and efficiency.
🔹Collaborate with teams to deliver on goals and exceed expectations.
🔹Perform in-line quality checks, making sure every product meets top-notch standards.
🔹Drive innovation by identifying improvement areas and reducing downtime.
🔹Train junior staff and pass on your expertise to create future leaders.
🛠 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
🔹Experience: 2-3 years in Rotogravure printing operations.
🔹Education: Intermediate/DAE with technical aptitude.
🔹A team player who can troubleshoot, innovate, and lead.
🔹Detail-oriented, with an eye for quality and efficiency.
