The University of Sargodha Vacancies Updates November 2025 have been officially announced through Advertisement No. 02/2025, inviting applications from Pakistani Nationals for multiple contract-based positions in the Multimedia Development Centre / Media Information Center. These exciting opportunities are available for Graphic Designer, Reporter, Videographer, and Photographer/Video Editor. Available Positions

1. Graphic Designer (BPS-16)

• No. of Posts: 01 (Contract Basis)
• Qualification: Twelve years of education (2nd Division).
• Experience: 03 years of relevant post-qualification experience bringing innovation into design in private/public organizations.
• Preferred Skills: Photoshop, Graphic Design, Corel Draw, AutoCAD.
• Age Limit: 25 – 35 years.

2. Reporter (BPS-14)

• No. of Posts: 01 (Contract Basis)
• Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade-C Master’s Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Social Sciences.
• Skills Required: Computer knowledge (MS Word, InPage).
• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.

3. Videographer (BPS-11)

• No. of Posts: 01 (Contract Basis)
• Qualification: 10 years of education (2nd Division).
• Experience: 02 years of post-qualification experience managing still/video cameras and related equipment with cinematography expertise in private/public organizations.
• Preferred: Certificate/Diploma in Photography and Videography.
• Preference: Candidates with experience in camera operation & Premier Pro editing.
• Age Limit: 21 – 30 years.

4. Photographer / Video Editor (BPS-07)

• No. of Posts: 02 (Contract Basis)
• Qualification: 14 years of education (2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: 03 years of relevant post-qualification experience in video editing, animations, and post-production in private/public organizations.
• Preferred: Expertise in linear & non-linear editing; familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Age Limit: 25 – 35 years.

Note:
For Videographer and Photographer/Video Editor positions, preference will be given to candidates proficient in video camera operation and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.

How to Apply

1. Download the application form from the official University of Sargodha website: www.su.edu.pk.
2. Fill out the form completely and attach:
   • Updated C.V.
   • Attested copies of educational and experience certificates.
   • Two recent passport-size photographs.
3. Attach original bank deposit slip/University Challan Form of:
   • Rs. 1,000/- for posts in BS-16, BS-14, and BS-11.
   • Rs. 500/- for posts in BS-07.
     Payment should be deposited under Head of Account “Collection” in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803 (University of Sargodha).
     Other payment modes (Demand Draft, Postal Order, etc.) will not be accepted.
4. Submit your complete application (hard copy) to the University before November 25, 2025.
5. Separate applications must be submitted for each post.

Terms and Conditions

1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a Test/Interview.
2. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
3. Candidates already in Government/Semi-Government service must apply through proper channel.
4. False or misleading information at any stage will result in disqualification.
5. Age relaxation is admissible as per Government policy/rules.
6. Initial contract period: 3 years.
7. Contract employees cannot claim regularization or extension as a matter of right.
8. Contract appointments are post-specific and non-transferable.
9. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease posts, withdraw any position, or withhold appointments without assigning reasons.
10. Applications must reach by 25th November 2025 — late or incomplete forms will not be accepted.
