Chief Logistic Officer
Qualification:
- MPA / MBA (preferably in Supply Chain Management) from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 20 years total professional experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience in BPS-20 or equivalent in a public sector organization / armed forces, OR
- At least 5 years’ senior management experience in a private sector organization.
- Strong expertise in fleet management, transportation, and recovery operations.
- Preference for candidates with experience in logistics movement on Karakoram Highway (KKH) and Northern Areas.
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (as of closing date).
Location: Diamer Basha Dam Project Site – Chilas, Gilgit-Baltistan.
Contract Tenure: Initially 3 years (with 6-month probation).
Pay Package: Market-based, negotiable lump-sum package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Key Duties:
- Supervise and manage all logistics operations including movement, warehousing, and fleet management.
- Ensure timely execution of logistics activities while maintaining compliance with safety and engineering standards.
- Monitor and control civil and allied logistic activities at the project site.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the Company.
