Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager – Kanteen, Islamabad
We are currently looking for a qualified individual for the role of Restaurant Assistant Manager at Kanteen, Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
Guest Operations
-Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
-Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and stepping in when needed.
-Interact with guests to provide recommendations and gather feedback on product quality and service levels.
Restaurant Operations:
-Manage smooth shift operations, including opening and closing, as per the operations manual.
-Develop and manage sales forecasts while optimising profitability with relevant team members.
-Supervise and train front-of-house team members, ensuring proper onboarding of new hires.
-Ensure timely food preparation and consistent quality in coordination with the back-of-house team.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as labour law requirements.
Qualifications: Certifications in a relevant field, or preferably, at least an intermediate degree.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the restaurant or customer service industry.
