We’re Recruiting: Assistant Manager – Training & Organizational Development (OD)

Key Responsibilities:
✅Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and develop engaging learning content.
✅Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
✅Deliver interactive training programs for employees at all levels using a range of learning methods, including e-learning.
✅Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve program impact.
✅Support OD initiatives, including goal setting, performance management, and change management programs.
✅Contribute to employee engagement efforts and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
✅Maintain accurate training records and generate insightful reports to guide learning strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
✔Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
✔3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or OD
✔Strong presentation and communication skills
✔Creative mindset with a passion for people development
✔Data-driven and results-oriented approach
