OFFICE MANAGER – EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Ziauddin University is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support our Senior Management. This pivotal role ensures the smooth functioning of the office, enabling focus on strategic priorities across faculties and external accreditation bodies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage communications, draft correspondence, and maintain task dashboards
  • Take minutes, prepare agendas, and follow up on assigned actions
  • Coordinate with faculty heads, accreditation councils, and external stakeholders
  • Organize meetings, events, and briefing packs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
  • 5-7 years of administrative/managerial experience with senior leadership (academia/corporate/government)
  • Excellent English & Urdu communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office & digital task tools
  • Overseas or higher education sector experience is an advantage
